Game 6, 2013 NBA Finals - San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat

I just want to have a written record of this before time makes me forget:  San Antonio Spurs Vs. Miami Heat, Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals, will be one of those memorable Finals games.  The Miami Heat down 94-89 with 29 seconds left in the 4th quarter.  Lebron James hits a 3-pointer with 20 seconds left to cut the deficit down by 2 (94-92).  Spurs, Kawhi Leonard, missed one of two free throws and the Heat trailed 95-92 with 19 seconds left.  In their next possession, James missed a 3-point attempt but Chris Bosh got the rebound and quickly fed Ray Allen in the corner for the game tying 3-point shot with 5 seconds left and forcing OT!   This is also the game where Lebron James lost his headband in the fourth quarter sparking an 18 point, 4th quarter (he scored only 14 points in the first 3 quarters).  He finished with 32 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. In the final 30 seconds of regulation time, the Heat players saw security guards with yellow tape cordoning off a perimeter for the Spurs Championship trophy.  It "angered" Chris Bosh and James noticed what they were doing as well. This is also the game where some Miami Heat fans started leaving and tried to get back in when the Heat came back and forced OT.  They were allowed back in per arena policy.  At that time,  some were interviewed outside by local news believing that the Heat had already lost.  Most were shaking their heads and saying "next year".  The Heat won the game in OT, 100-103.

Ray Allen (above) hit the game-tying 3-pointer to force overtime.
